Filing a notice
Send your notice to legal@abercrombiediscountcode.com and include: a description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed; the exact URL on this site where the material appears; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Once we receive a complete, valid notice, we'll review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material in question where appropriate. We may also notify the person who posted or supplied the content. If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent details.
